Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that U received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

If U would like to return your item, we’re happy to help. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. A prepaid return label can be issued upon request, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items

We do not have any final sale items. All products are eligible for return within the 30-day return period.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return

    - To begin a return, log in to your account by clicking the middle icon on the top right of the page.

    - Proceed to login to your account using the email used for your order.

    - Under “Orders”, select the order U would like to initiate a return for by clicking “Request Return”.

    - Select a return reason from the drop-down menu.

    - Submit the return request; please allow up to 3 business days for the return approval.

    - Once the return is approved, U will receive a return label for your order.

  2. Prepare Your Package

    - Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product are included.

    - *Please note: Ensure the product is protected and covered with an outer packaging material. Failure to do so can damage the product during transit, which may affect your return approval.*

  3. Attach Return Label: Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
  4. Ship Your Package: Drop off the package at any designated shipping carrier location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify U of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please be advised that any transaction fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. These fees vary depending on the credit card company used at the time of purchase. As a result, the refunded amount may be less than the original purchase price.

If U wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
